I really like the talent changes, the new talents are mainly optional abilities and dont really affect your spec a whole lot and I like that you can progress your toon at end game without doing alot of raiding, though getting into raiding will be alot easier now with the intro of the Looking For Raid tool in 4.3

Seems like they just looked around the upcoming MMO's. Using a lot of ideas from other games about to come out. Still, lots of good changes I guess. Cata to me had great leveling content but the end game was "cool.. here we go with the same ole stuff with new graphics." Sounds like they're trying to make the game to be more than just raiding which should be cool.

Doubt it will get me back but if SWTOR, SW, or GW2 all suck it might. Still seems like they are revamping the entire way the game is played. At least Hunters won't have anything but ranged weapons!..... er

Looks interesting. The talent changes look cool. They only need to balance the three choices with each other.

MMO Champ has all the talents shown for each class and each of the 3 choices in each tier basically does the same thing just in different ways and I dont see how they really would effect balance that much.

No, I meant they don't need to try to balance an entire talent tree against another (e.g. Fire vs. Frost vs. Arcane for Mages). You just need to balance 3 talents at a time, which makes their lives a lot easier.
