This is the game where X began Brickshot

I need to get that history page up

X started as an FPS group and played EF together as a group of about 15-20 players/friends over the period of 4-5 years.

No one really plays the game anymore but I leave these forums here for the memories as well as the hopes that some of the "old school" X's will re-surface.

Even many hardcore Quakers , UTers, (Q3 engine) and Doom IIIers, Q4ers (D3 Engine) etc. say that EF has the best physics and balance of weapons ever for an FPS game. The sad truth is that it has a Star Trek motif, and is thereby is too narrow in it's appeal to the "great unwashed masses"

In addition to the X history page, maybe a total EF history could be done as well.

People like Weapon, Biocyte, myself, Hellraiser, St. John, Benoit, Prince Naseem and many others who are still around...at least in forums, could pool our memories and have quite a story to tell. In fact, here is a resource to help make this an international effort:

I've owned this game since it came out. I may have met some of you years earlier if -- you know -- I liked it enough to play it online. I thought it was okay and all but didn't really get a joygasm from it. Just my opinion.
