ok guys, what maps do you want to see on Deep Space Die ][?

maps i want are:

ctf_voy2
ctf_faceoff
vob (my map!)
thebradley2 (my map again!!)
ctf_voy1
ctf_spyglass
ctf_vor1

Does everyone have the expansion pak?...some of the ctf maps there are very nice like old west,forge1..etc ..it would be kewl to have some of those..has raven released them to sites to become downloadable or only avail thru the expansion pak?

yea i agree... i love the xpansion pack maps, i also love some of the old school maps like bunker and stuff, would love to get those back up.. .maybe get a site up where people can download it and we can advertise on the DSD server startup page.

Id love to have some new maps!!!

I also loved the Quake Conversions... i have 2 that are just amazing... and i could zip them up and put them up for dl cuz they are awsome but hard to find.

I think people without the expansion can still get the maps included in it by just copying pak3.pk3 to their baseEF dir. They just won't be able to use the new modes like disentigration, etc.

Someone who has the expansion will have to upload the file to an ftp or get it to the other players though. Its like 86mb though, lol, so its no snap download.

I didn't like the close quarters too much. The 8v8 & 16v16 are more fun, but the game crashes for me in the 16v16 too much :\
