All the new powersets are in, including thugs, the new brute and stalker sets and the patron pools.

If you're using City Game Tracker, all of them will start tracking when the new version is released (2.4.0), or you can download the unstable client from unstable.citygametracker.com and use that.

Everyone else can just select them as usual.
