Connection issues

So I've never had a problem with Comcast, but the last two weeks I've been experiencing random disconnects and otherwise laggy play in WOW and elsewhere. I ran some speed tests and some looked fine and other like crap, so I tried the line integrity test from dsl reports and got the above. (I ran another and actually got worse 30/31%)

Is it safe to assume this is the ISP? Is there anything I should try first? (maybe connecting directly to the modem for example)

What exactly can I get the ISP to do if it is a problem on their end?

Yeah, test it directly connected to the modem. They'll tell you to do that first :p
Then they'll tell you to unplug it 15-30 sec, then restart your computer.. blah blah.
They can probably test the line/modem while you're on the phone.
Modem could be going bad..
