If you use this got to advanced settings and diable dash, then set the quality to 1080 your youtube videos will start at highest resolution and actually buffer.
I would then go to layout and turn off all the hide stuff...if you want to see the normal page.

Side not, if you don't already have adblock you are probably stupid.
